The National Framework for Pension Administration Services is a collaboration between BlueLight Commercial and the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Northamptonshire (Lead Contracting Body).

The framework is a ready-made solution that provides an efficient route to market for Contracting Authorities where supplier due diligence has already been carried out and will be maintained annually.

The Framework Management Team maintain the strategic relationship with suppliers, overseeing the implementation and onboarding of the contract, acting as a single point of contact, and providing an escalation route for any performance issues while allowing the customer to maintain control of operational contract management.

Scope of contract

This framework enables police forces, fire services and other public sector organisations - including Police and Crime Commissioner offices - with a streamlined route to market for high-quality specialist pension administration services.

Framework type:    Open Framework, under the Procurement Act 2023. This framework allows Contracting Authorities the option to carry out a Further Competition or Direct Award, in accordance with the Call-Off Procedures.
