  • Maintain strategic relationships with suppliers
  • Oversee implementation and onboarding
  • Act as a SPOC and point of escalation for customers
  • Report on savings & social value benefits achieved

 

  • Maintain operational relationship with their supplier(s)
  • Detail local data and requirements in implementation plan
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly performance review meetings
  • Work with BLC to address any local performance issues
  • Share any local initiatives for continuous improvements
