This means customers get best value through our centralised buying power and can be reassured all suppliers, and products, will comply with required legislative and technical standards. Rigorous operational testing has been carried out to enable customers to buy with confidence.

We maintain the strategic relationships with suppliers, whilst the customer maintains control of operational contract management. We will oversee the implementation and onboarding of the contract, act as a single point of contact and provide an escalation route for any performance issues.

Scope of contract

This national framework is available for use by all UK emergency services and provides a single supplier option to cover the requirements for petrol, diesel, EV and alternative fuels across Great Britain (EV including on the road and home charging). 

Combined emergency service organisations who can use the contract include all NHS Trusts (204), Ambulance Services (16), Police Forces & Organisations (47), Fire & Rescue Services (53), selected Councils (3) and plus other policing and blue light partners (16).

Pricing mechanism

All prices are based on pump pricing at the time of fill up. Through Allstar Business Solution’s network the most significant savings per litre can be realised through their 3,000 discount diesel sites across the UK. A discount structure is also applied across supermarket and branded sites.
