The ICT Framework is a collaboration between BlueLight Commercial and the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Northamptonshire (Lead Contracting Body).

The Framework is a ready-made solution that provides an efficient route to market for Contracting Authorities where supplier due diligence has already been carried out and will be maintained annually.

The Framework Management team maintain the strategic relationship with suppliers, overseeing the implementation and onboarding of the contract, acting as a single point of contact, and providing an escalation route for any performance issues while allowing the customer to maintain control of operational contract management.
