Specialist Police Competencies and Assets Framework
This framework is intended as a mechanism for forces to buy systems that support them in managing police competencies, managing police assets, and delivering a number of non-functional requirements. Software licensing, software support and maintenance, training, implementation, fully managed hosting, and consultancy services are available via this agreement.
Specific hardware and consumables for managing specialist police competencies and assets are also provided under the terms of this agreement.
This 4-year, multi-supplier framework provides a route to market via Direct Award and Further Competition.
Scope of contract
This framework allows police and the wider public sector to purchase systems that support them in managing police competencies, managing police assets and delivering a number of non-functional requirements.

This framework has the option to direct award to a supplier on the framework or a mini competition can be carried out.
