BlueLight Commercial, acting as the national commercial organisation for policing, has been leading the development of a National Commercial Advice and Guidance Pack to assist commercial teams in the delivery of commercial activities required to implement a financially viable and standardised approach to deliver the introduction of a national Victim & Citizen Engagement Technology Solution.
This solution facilitates the citizen journey from first contact with a police force to closure of the contact, via integration with police systems, providing citizens with contact and updates without the need to call the force contact centre.
