BlueLight Commercial Academy: Early Bird Multiple Learner Offer

The BlueLight Commercial Academy offers a route for public sector commercial and procurement teams to achieve Level 3 to Level 6 CIPS qualifications.

The Academy provides high quality training with a focus on public sector procurement and regulations, delivered via interactive online classes and supported by a resource rich virtual learning environment.

As a not-for-profit study fees are retained within the blue light sector and any excess is reinvested in member services for the benefit of front-line operations.

Early Bird Multiple Learner Offer

Organisations booking three or more learners onto CIPS qualification courses in 2026 will receive a 25% discount on teaching costs for the third and any additional learners. Bookings must be confirmed at least four weeks before the course start date.
