We are delighted to announce that we’ve been named a Finalist in the British HR Awards 2023 in the following categories: 

Public/Third Sector Company of the Year: finalists include BlueLight Commercial / Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust/ The 93% Club

SME of the Year: finalists include Apadmi / Belovd Agency / BlueLight Commecial / Converge / Huler / N21 / Plentific / Scientific Management International Ltd / The Support Group (UK) Ltd

The British HR Awards 2023 sets out to discover and celebrate the organisations and individuals that are truly passionate about delivering a world-class people experience.

This year, just over 220 entries were received from organisations across the UK, and so competition to be named a Finalist proved to be especially tough. Firms taking part range from start-up innovators to public sector heroes, tech superstars, global titans and everything in between.

The British HR Awards 2023 Judges include:

  • Mary Foulkes OBE FCIPD, Director of Equity, Inclusion and Culture at Shelter
  • Mairi Probin, Chief Culture and People Officer at The MAPD Group
  • Melanie Punch, Head of UK Careers at Investec
  • Hannah Reid, People Director EMEIA at Apple
  • Janet Roberts, Chief People & Culture Officer at Cycas Hospitality
  • Tara Ryan, People Experience Director at Monzo
  • Perry Timms, Chief Energy Officer at People and Transformational HR
  • Helen Tindle, HR Director at Iceland Foods
  • Nate Harwood, Founder at New Possible

"We are thrilled to have been shortlisted for our all-encompassing people strategy, I'm so proud of what we've achieved in such a short time" said Claire Chambers, Director of Capability and HR at BlueLight Commercial.

Nate Harwood, Founder of New Possible and British HR Awards judge said: "This year saw 125% more entries submitted making judging a real challenge but also a great privilege. We’ll find out if we’ve won at an awards ceremony on the 22nd March 2023.
