Session 1: Thursday 20th November 2025 at 1.00pm - 2.00pm

Stakeholders & Relationships:

This hour-long session will look at stakeholders, and they can impact on the work of procurement. By considering who stakeholders are and how to manage their diverse requirements, we will then identify the best approaches to make sure we meet their needs. At the end of this section, we will touch on how to manage conflict and resistance to change. This session will help participants appreciate the importance of matching their communication approach in a typical situation that they may find themselves.

Session 2:  Thursday 27th November 2025 at 2.00pm - 3.00pm

Adding Value:

Ensuring that value is achieved in all their processes and procedures is important for any organisation and this session will investigate how the procurement professional can add value and help objectives be achieved. We will consider a range of ways in which the procurement specialist can use to ensure that their input is essential to achieving success for the organisations. Participants will be encouraged to consider their work and share their thoughts on how procurement will play a key role in an organisation.
