Framework Tender: Police Constable Entry Route Programmes

Our People and Professional Services team are pleased to announce that we have advertised the BlueLight Commercial Framework for Police Constable Entry Route Programmes, on behalf of police forces who wish to utilise this framework.

BlueLight Commercial is seeking to establish a national framework which is bespoke for policing, to embed the new optimised curriculum and assessments for the Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship Programme and the Degree Entry Holder Programme.

The framework is split into 4 Lots, however there is no limit to the number of Lots HEIs can bid for:

• Lot 1 – Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship (Joint Delivery Model)
• Lot 2 – Degree Holder Entry Programme (Joint Delivery Model)
• Lot 3 – Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship (HEI Led Delivery Model)
• Lot 4 – Degree Holder Entry Programme (HEI Led Delivery Model)

The closing date for submissions is 12 noon on 22 November 2023. We are looking at awarding contracts at the end of December 2023 and launching the new framework in early January 2024.
