We are so thrilled to have been shortlisted as a finalist for The Best Newcomer Award in The Investors in People Awards 2023! The awards celebrate the very best in people management, wellbeing, apprenticeships and individual success.
It’s an amazing achievement to have been shortlisted, as the competition will have been fierce and we have only just started our Investors in People journey!
Our entry covered: Our journey with Investors in People and what’s happened in the organisation since we got our initial accreditation and our ambition and how our people are part of the journey to achieving it.
It's a huge recognition of all the hard work done by everyone at BlueLight Commercial , fingers crossed for the award ceremony on the 14th November 2023.
