New NFCC Emergency Response Vehicles Framework

Devon & Somerset Fire and Rescue Service, on behalf of the National Fire Chief's Council (NFCC) Transport Officers Group, is pleased to announce that the new NFCC Emergency Response Vehicles (ERV) Framework is now live.  

The Framework is for a period of 8 years commencing on 1^st April 2026 and expires on 31^st March 2034. The Framework is split into 6 lots with multiple suppliers for each lot:

Lot 1 – Pumping Appliances
Lot 2 – Aerial Appliances
Lot 3a – Small Special Vehicles
Lot 3b – Medium Special Vehicles
Lot 3c – Large Special Vehicles
Lot 4 – Vehicle Disposal.

The Framework is available to all named Contracting Authorities to access via the NFCC Procurement Hub – New NFCC ERV Framework.

Contracting Authorities can only carry out further competitions under the framework.
