Describing work to transform the way forces procure higher education partners to deliver police constable entry programmes.

A single procurement framework, managed by BlueLight Commercial, is due to go live early in the new year which will help forces to secure better value and more effective contracts, as well as embed best practice and optimum delivery approaches.

The session is primarily aimed at force HR and L&D leads and others involved in procuring and managing relationships with HEI providers. The session is being co-delivered by Peter Ward, Head of L&D - East Midlands Region and Rachel Britt, Head of Category – BlueLight Commercial
