Pre-Market Engagement: Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) services

A Pre-Market Engagement notice has been published covering a National Framework for Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) services.

The proposed framework aims to replace a previous agreement established by Thames Valley Police, and provide a one stop shop for all ANPR requirements including systems purchase, installation, consultancy, maintenance and civils related works.

Presently, a framework solution has been drafted consisting of the following lots:

Lot 1 - ANPR SYSTEMS PURCHASE 

Lot 2 - INSTALLATION & REMOVAL OF EQUIPMENT 

Lot 3 - CONSULTANCY SERVICES 

Lot 4 - SERVICING & MAINTENANCE 

Lot 5 - ANPR RELATED CIVILS WORK 

This Preliminary Market Engagement notice and link to a survey document provides the opportunity for suppliers to provide pre-market engagement feedback. 

The current proposed approach may be modified or changed following receipt of the pre-market engagement feedback.
