Procurement Act Implementation: Now February 2025

Today it has been announced the implementation of the Procurement Act 2023 has changed to 24 February 2025 (previously 28 October 2024).

The Cabinet Office explains "the extra time to prepare will allow for a more seamless transition, ensuring a smoother and more effective implementation process for both contracting authorities and suppliers".
