RFI: Aircraft Design and Installation Modification Services

BlueLight Commercial is collaborating with the National Police Air Service (NPAS) to explore a potential future tender opportunity for the provision of Emergency Services Network (ESN) aircraft design and installation modification services across both Rotary and Fixed-Wing aircraft.

On Friday 29 August, a Request for Information (RFI) was issued to engage with market suppliers to further understand the capabilities available and to help to establish the procurement strategy for a potential tender.

We invite interested suppliers to respond by completing the RFI questionnaire via the In-Tend portal no later than Friday 26 September 2025.

Guide to using the In-Tend portal:

• Once you have registered, you can click 'portals' in the top right
• Find "BlueLight Commercial" in the list of organisations
• Click Connect with Organisation (unless you have connected previously)
• Click Log in to Supplier Portal
• This will open a page showing opportunities from BlueLight Commercial
• Click 'Show All' on the filters on the left to see all opportunities
• Find the opportunity of interest and click View Details
• On this page, you will be able to 'express an interest' and see any documents associated with the procurement
