A free of charge online workshop for suppliers to explore the importance of social value to policing
Monday 15 January 2024, 9.30am - 11.30am
We invite all existing and prospective suppliers to blue light organisations to attend, to learn more about social value and understand how BlueLight Commercial is implementing it into the procurement process and contract management.
Now, more than ever, social value is a key consideration in the procurement and commissioning activities of policing who are looking to improve the economic, social and environmental wellbeing of the communities they serve.
The workshop will further explore the tools available to suppliers for organisational social value development including the NETpositive Social Value Action Planning Tool which is free to suppliers and will allow you to create your own bespoke social value action plan.
The workshop will be hosted on Microsoft Teams and feature the following topics:
