Supplier Registration
We work with suppliers of any size to deliver innovative solutions and develop collaborative working relationships. For information on tenders please register on our online portal.
We are pleased to confirm that a new e‑commerce website (Atamis) is now in use for supplier registration and procurement activity. (Please note any opportunities live on In-tend will continue on that system).
Suppliers can register their details free of charge, view the latest opportunities, and sign up for alerts through our online platform.
Please note: If you are already registered on the Atamis system for 7Forces, you do not need to re-register.
Social Value
In 2020 the UK Government made it mandatory for all central government departments and contracts to include Social Value criteria. Our free, online Social Value Action Planning Tool is available to all policing and blue light suppliers, which reviews environmental, economic and social impacts of your business, identifying positive impacts and potential improvements resulting in a tailored action plan and demonstrating your social value commitment.

Police Industry Charter
Launched in March 2024, the Charter sets out the foundational principles upon which industry partners, whatever their product or services, together with UK policing can collectively adhere to.
We invite suppliers to policing of all sizes to sign the Charter. The Charter is a voluntary commitment and is not a pre-requisite to working with policing, however, it will signal a commitment to working in partnership with policing.

Supporting SMEs and VCSEs
BlueLight Commercial believes all businesses, regardless of size or sector, can take part in our public procurement opportunities.
We are aware smaller, medium-sized or micro organisations (SMEs) can find it difficult to develop the skills and confidence to engage in public sector procurement activity. We have partnered with Go4Growth, themselves a small business, to provide tools and resources to help smaller organisations to grow, and win public sector contracts.

Procurement Act 2023
Implemented 24 February 2025
The new Act improves the way procurement is done, so that every pound goes further for our public services. If your business supplies goods, works or services to organisations in the public and utility sectors – or hopes to do so – you need to adhere to the regulations.
